*Official Rules, Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”):

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. ANYONE CAN ENTER.

1. This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at www.libertysavingsbank.com or submit an in-person entry and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the State of Florida and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Liberty Savings Bank, FSB (“Liberty Savings Bank”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Liberty Savings Bank as final and binding as it relates to the operation and content of this Campaign. You acknowledge that the Rules may be amended, supplemented or changed by Liberty Savings Bank at any time without prior notice and that all entries will be governed by the Rules in effect at the time an entry is made.
3. The campaign begins 4/28/22, 10am, EST and ends 6/17/22, 10am, EST. Multiple winners are selected during the contest timeframe. Online entries must be received up to 6/17/22, 10am, EST and in-person submissions must be received by 6/17/22, 10am, EST.
4. The Campaign may be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at www.libertysavingsbank.com. Alternatively, in-person entries may be submitted by visiting your neighborhood Liberty Savings Bank financial center. The entry must fulfill all Rules and Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Liberty Savings Bank. You may enter only once. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Liberty Savings Bank. For either online or in-person entries, be aware of entry submission deadlines as late entries will not be considered.
5. The selected Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) who properly complete(s) the claim process will receive a prize (the actual prize available may/will change). The actual/appraised value of a particular prize may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the available prize shall be solely determined by Liberty Savings Bank. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Liberty Savings Bank’s discretion. All prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Liberty Savings Bank to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising, promotion and trade without further compensation to Winner unless prohibited by law.
6. The odds of winning and the number of prizes awarded depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winners will be selected by Liberty Savings Bank and will be provided with instructions to claim the prize. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days following selection of the Winners. Liberty Savings Bank shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, clutter, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time an award notification was sent, or fails to timely complete the claim process as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY WINNER (AT LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES OR RIGHTS AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. If your Campaign entry contains content entered by You, by entering such content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Liberty Savings Bank, anyone acting on behalf of Liberty Savings Bank, and Liberty Savings Bank’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent to or from You.
9. You further agree that any content within an entry made by You (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.) is your original work and does not misuse or violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Any entry that misuses or infringes upon the proprietary or intellectual property rights of a third party will result in the disqualification of the offending participant from the Campaign and You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Liberty Savings Bank against any third party allegations, claims, suits, and/or costs, expenses, losses or damages incurred or suffered by Liberty Savings Bank, whether directly or indirectly, relating to or resulting from such misuse or infringement at your sole expense.
10. Liberty Savings Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Liberty Savings Bank’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Liberty Savings Bank may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Liberty Savings Bank. Liberty Savings Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Rules. Liberty Savings Bank has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Campaign Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to alter/manipulate entries, deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Liberty Savings Bank reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Liberty Savings Bank and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the interruption, loss or malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, utilities, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (vi) failures or delays in the performance of Liberty Savings Bank’s obligations related to the Campaign arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, pandemics, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God.
12. Disputes: THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket costs and expenses associated with entering this Campaign. You further waive all rights, if any, to have damages multiplied or increased. You specifically agree that You have read the terms of this Section, understand them and have had or waived the opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel in connection with the waivers made herein.

14. You can obtain a copy of the Rules by visiting any of Liberty Savings Bank’s Florida financial centers. To obtain a copy of the Winner’s list or to have a copy of these Rules sent to You, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Liberty Savings Bank, FSB, 2323 Stickney Point Road Sarasota, FL 34231 USA. Requests must be received no later than one (1) week after the Campaign is posted.

16. The Campaign hosted by Liberty Savings Bank is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube or TikTok.
